How To Do A Hair Spa At Home Naturally?

Do you want to make your hair look beautiful? That too in the comfort of your home without making a hole in your pocket? I have got the solution you’re looking for.

I already discussed a lot of hair spas with you with results as well. And in this article, I’ll share another hair spa with you that will give the best results like previous ones.

You can do this hair spa at home. And you can do it without any expensive cream or anything else. That too in 3 easy, simple steps. We also don’t need any head massager. And it will also not cost much.

Sounds too good to be true, right?

Let’s get into it.

Table of Contents:

STEP 1: Cleansing

So the very first step that you have to consider is cleansing. Do we all do shampoo? We do, but here we have to do it later.

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Step 1: Take one tablespoon of Aloe Vera Gel in a bowl.

If you have plant-based aloe vera, you can peel and grind it.

Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to it.

Step 3: Mix them properly. Both are liquids so it will be a little difficult to mix.

Application:

Step 1: Damp your hair perfectly.

Step 2: Apply properly the mixture you just prepared.

Step 3: Wash your hair properly with normal water.

Things To Consider:

  • If you had a fungal infection, your scalp would be acidic and full of dandruff, so you don’t apply the mixture on your scalp. Just use it to your length.

  • All the deposition that stays on your head from the chemical treatment, any kind of products, and DIY mask, it also has the ability to clean them. So apply it properly on your entire scalp and length, and after that wash it with plain water.

STEP 2: Nutritive Mask

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Step 1: Take 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel.

Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon of one of these oils (olive oil, coconut oil, castor oil, argan oil).

Step 3: Add 2 capsules of Vitamin E. If you have Vitamin E oil then take 1/2 tablespoon of it.

Step 4: Mix properly.

Application:

You’ve just washed your hair so your hair will be wet. Apply this mask properly on your scalp, length and hair ends.

If your shampoo contains too many chemicals then consider using a herbal shampoo.

  • This mask is very nutritive.

  • It provides a texture to your length and nourishes your hair ends.

  • It maintains the weakness, hair breakage, and split ends.

STEP 3: Shampoo & Conditioning

Keep it in your hair for 2-3 hours. and then wash your head properly with your regular shampoo.

Ingredients:

  • Aloe vera gel

  • Milk

Preparation:

Step 1: Take 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel.

Step 2: Tale 1 tablespoon of milk (you can take coconut milk).

Step 3: Mix well.

Application:

If you’ve time on the same day, you can apply this mixture and keep it for about 45 minutes.

But if you don’t, apply it the next day.

Shampoo again.

If you’ve previously applied henna or indigo, you’ll observe the colours coming out. Because it is a very good cleanser.

Conclusion:

Apple cider vinegar is a good cleanser. These individual steps are very potent. You will see changes in your hair.

If your hair is bad then it will become average, if it's average then it will become excellent. If you have poor hair then you can get an excellent one by regularly doing the remedy. But don’t do it daily or weekly. Do it once every 15 days.

I always say you’ve competition with anyone but yourself. So your hair will shine better than now maybe more than mine. So, don't compare yourself and keep cleansing, providing nutrition, and conditioning your hair and it will improve gradually.
