How To Get Rid Of Pimples In 7 Days?

If we are in school or college or if we have joined a job and if we have pimples on our faces, we become a little conscious.

But let me put this very straight forward to you, they do not define you. You are much smarter than them. When you start talking, no one will notice your pimples.

So keep this confidence, keep working on your inner abilities. I will fix these pimples, you don't worry.

I am sharing a very simple remedy. If you follow this regularly, I promise you, your skin texture will change, the redness on your face, the pus pimples, the pimples that are inside but do not come out, all these things will reduce and ultimately your skin will become very healthy.

Understanding Pimples

Before getting into the remedy, let’s understand what a pimple is. If you don't know the root cause, fixing it through remedy will be temporary and it can come again.

What Is A Pimple?

Pimple is a condition that happens due to clogging your pores.

How does it clog?

If you use the wrong products which can clog your pores, your sebaceous glands, and your oil glands, they get clogged and they are not able to produce oil.

So, when they are not able to produce oil, they are not able to function.

Then, What Will They Do?

Pimples and pus and all of those things start forming.

What Can You Do?

1). Use non-comedogenic products.

Comedogenic means which gets stuck in the skin and non-comedogenic means which does not get stuck. So you have to be very very very alert about which product you are using.

2). Hygienic Conditions

If you apply dirty hands on your face, bacteria will come on your face. If you use the wrong towel and don't wash makeup brushes then bacteria can accumulate.

Take care of hygienic conditions. Don't apply dirty hands on your face.

3). Hormones

If you are getting pimples due to hormones, then you have to fix your whole system. Maintain a healthy lifestyle.


1]. White rice

  • Rice water will reduce inflammation.

  • When your rice is cooked, strain it. As soon as your rice water cools down, you can use it.

  • You have to apply it on your face post washing your face with your preferred face wash.

  • After that, apply this toner to your face wherever pimples are present.

  • Let your skin naturally absorb it and then apply your moisturizer.

  • The moisturizer should be non-comedogenic, ensuring that pores are not clogged.

2]. Cinnamon:

  • Cinnamon will reduce inflammation and improve blood circulation.

  • It gives a gentle reminder to your skin cells to calm down and relax.

  • When combined with rice water, its remedial action increases.

  • You can infuse water with cinnamon, strain it, and use it on your face.

3]. Oil (Optional):

  • Oil (such as castor oil or almond oil) is optional, particularly for dry skin with pimples.

  • If using oil, ensure it's comfortable for your skin.

4]. Bitter Gourd Juice:

  • Bitter gourd juice is essential for correcting skin issues and fixing pimples.

  • It can be mixed with other ingredients for a complete package.


STEP 1: Take a pan and add about 1-1.5 glasses of water. Let it boil.

STEP 2: Add 1 big spoon of white rice.

STEP 3: Add a very small cinnamon stick or if you have powder add a pinch of it.

STEP 4: Once the rice is cooked, turn off the flame and strain the water.

STEP 5: Let it cool down.

STEP 6: Add castor or almond oil if you want to.

STEP 7: Add 1 spoonful of bitter gourd juice.

STEP 8: Mix it well.


Apply it for a week. It is toner so apply it after washing your face.

Please do not expect any magic. Be patient because these things are very very effective.

Prepare it fresh and don’t store it for more than one week.

Things To Consider:

  • If you keep your gut healthy, it reflects on your skin. If you eat healthy your skin will glow but if you eat junk, your face will show it.

  • If we talk medically, then you can take an enema to keep your gut clean. You can take supplements and medication and make sure your gut is healthy.

  • If you want to keep your gut healthy with simple things available at home, then fasting is a very easy method. Keep fast, relax your organs, give yourself time to clean yourself and see that your gut becomes clean automatically.

  • If you are not comfortable with fasting, then you can enjoy detoxifying days. You will only take fluids, water, and tonic water and clean your body with them.

  • You must eat fresh fruits and vegetables. That is impeccable for your gut. Also, you should give an adequate amount of fluids to your body.

  • If your gut is hydrated, it absorbs water, which your skin gets and then you will not need external hydration. You will not face problems with pimples at all.

This is a toner so use it after washing your face. You can use it in your nightcare routine or morning routine. You can even apply it in the evening.

If after applying this toner you may feel a little oily because we have used oil here. If you feel uncomfortable then you can wipe it, clean your face and moisturise. You can do it the way you are comfortable.

Prepare it for a week and refrigerate it.
