Homemade Night Cream For Glowing Skin | Preity Prerna

Healthy skin glows from within and the confidence it gives you is something only you know. There are some days you're so happy with your skin that you don’t feel like applying any BB/CC cream.

The remedy I’ll share today will give that same confidence. It is made up of all-natural ingredients and since it's a night cream you’ve to apply it before going to bed.

Acne and skin breakouts here and there have become a normal part of our lives because of the environment we live in.

The ingredients of the remedy that I'm going to share today are very potent and even individually they can do so much for skin. If you do this for a longer period, eventually your skin will get better.

Let's do all that needs to be done.

Table of Contents

Ingredients:

Preparation:

Step 1: Take 1-2 tablespoons of almond oil and heat it using the double boiler method. Heat it slightly so that the infusion that we want to do can be done quickly.

Step 2: Take approximately 1 teaspoon of carrot juice. For this, grate a small piece of carrot. Add it to the heated almond oil.

The colour of the oil will change a little because you are infusing the carrot.

When you see that the carrot is cooked well and the colour of the oil has changed, turn off the flame.

Step 3: Strain this oil and take it in a separate bowl.

Step 4: You have to set up the double boiler method again. And you have to take 1 teaspoon of clarified butter.

  • If your skin is oily and acne-prone and breakouts happen quickly, I suggest you use shea butter in place of clarified butter as it is comedogenic.

  • Shea butter is non-comedogenic and it gives the same softness and beautiful texture to your skin. It also repairs the skin.

Step 5: In your preferred base, add the same carrot oil that we prepared earlier. Mix well.

Step 6: Add 1 teaspoon of aloe vera gel to it.

Step 7: Now, add 1 teaspoon of glycerin.

Step 8: Add 1-2 tablespoons of green tea concoction. Mix them well.

Step 9: Mix all these things properly.

If you have a whisker, use that. If you have a hand blender, you can use that too.

Storage:

After mixing all the ingredients properly, take a container and store it properly.

Because ghee is used here. So, chances are that it will solidify.

Which is absolutely fine. I don't think anyone will have any problem. Even if there is shea butter, it will solidify.

Don’t worry, it’s completely fine.

Application:

Wash your face properly. After washing, take a little cream and apply it to your skin. Apply it on your face. Apply it on your lips. Apply it to your eyes.

If you use Gua Sha, use it as a cream. And then do Gua Sha.

Whether you massage with Gua Sha or directly apply it on your face, you will anyway get amazing results.

Within a few weeks, you will see that the fine lines are getting better. Your skin will look youthful because you are taking this DIY night cream as a base.

You can modify its consistency or usage next time you prepare it if you’re not satisfied. For now, you use it as it is. As you have prepared.

What Will It Do?

This is a complete package. It will

  • better your skin

  • and reduce signs of ageing that come around your eyes.

  • reduce fine lines.

It can fix everything and can give you great results.
