Hands And Feet Brightening At Home Naturally | Preity Prerna

This remedy will make your hands and feet bright naturally. You don't have to buy anything as everything we need for this remedy is already available in your kitchen.

When I did this on myself, I got instant results. There was no dryness or stiffness. I'm really happy with the results, that's why I'm sharing it with you.

But don't do this every day. Once a month is enough.

Let's do all that needs to be done.

Table of Contents:

Remedy:

Step 1: Nail Paint Removal

Remove the nail paint.

I’ll suggest you use an alcohol-free and acetone-free nail polish remover as it doesn’t make your nails yellow and thin.

Step 2: Water Preparation

In a tub add lukewarm water so that it's half full.

  • Add shampoo to it.

  • Add conditioner to it.

  • Add rose water to it.

Conditioners are dehydrating but since we also added rose water, it will compensate for it.

Step 3: De-tan pack

Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a bowl,

  • Add 2 tablespoons of gram flour.

  • Add lemon juice to it.

  • Add some water to dilute it.

  • Mix well.

Application:

Apply it on your hands and feet and let it be for 10-15 minutes.

This de-tan pack gives you immediate results. It will not make your hands and feet dark at all and will also show instant results. Plus it will sustain the result.

It is a natural remedy you can't expect a result for a month. But it will work for a week or two.

It also depends on how you live. If you live hygienically, then this can keep your result for more than 2 weeks.

Once dried, using the same lemon whose juice we extracted clean your nails. Nails often turn yellow. Lemon will remove that yellowness.

Now, dip your hands and feet in the water tub that we prepared in step 2. Keep in for 15 minutes.

After cleaning the de-tan pack scrub your feet.

Step 4: Scrub

Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a bowl

  • Add 2 tablespoons of oats powder.

  • Add 2 tablespoons of rice flour.

  • Add water and make a paste.

Application:

Apply it all over your hands and feet and lightly massage.

After scrubbing properly, wash your hands and feet well in the same water. It will become bright.

With the help of a toothbrush clean your nails.

Step 5: Mask

Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a bowl,

  • Add 1 and 1/2 tablespoons of gram flour.

  • Add 1 tablespoon of sandalwood powder.

  • Add 1/3rd teaspoon of wild turmeric.

  • Add 1 big spoonful of curd.

  • Mix it all.

Application:

Apply this mask properly on your hands and feet. Skip nails. Let your hands and feet dry for 5-7 minutes.

Clean your hands and feet properly with water and wipe them using a towel.

Step 6: Moisturise

Ingredients:

Preparation:

In a bowl,

  • Add 1 big spoon of aloe vera gel in a bowl.

  • Add 1 tablespoon of glycerin.

  • Add 1 big spoon of rose water.

  • Add 1/2 tablespoon of lemon juice

  • Mix well.

Application:

Apply a thick coat of this excellent cream on your hands and feet and allow it to be naturally absorbed by the skin.

You won’t feel any stickiness but if you feel sticky, then you can wipe it off with a wet towel after a while.

Step 7: Nail care

Remove all the dead skin from your nails. Clean and file them. Apply a base coat and then apply your favourite nail paint.
