4]. Pregnancy: During pregnancy and post-pregnancy if you don't fix the pigmentation then it can slowly become dark and can become melasma.

Now I am sharing with you an easy 5-step process that you can try for yourself. You can do this remedy irrespective of the reasons.


It's completely safe, making it suitable for people of all ages, from children to the elderly.


However, if you have sensitive skin, it's advisable to conduct a patch test first. After that, approach it with a clear mind and try it out.


Step 1: Clean


Clean the darkened area.


Ingredients:

  • Gram flour


Preparation:


Take 1 tablespoon of besan and add some water to it. Mix it well and make a paste.


Application:


Apply gently on your problem area.



Step 2: Mask


Ingredients:


Preparation:


Step 1: In a bowl take 1 tablespoon of oats powder.


Step 2: Add 1 tablespoon of curd.


Step 3: Tale 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.


Step 4: Mix all the ingredients very well.


If you want this remedy to be stronger and more effective, add Vitamin C. You can use orange peel powder lemon peel powder or lemon juice. Many people are not comfortable with lemon juice, so you skip it.


Application:


Apply it properly to your problem area and after some time clean it.


Step 3: Toner


Apply a toner. You can even use rose water. If you have a good brightening toner, apply it using a cotton pad.


Step 4: Moisturisation


Apply a good moisturiser and after 15-20 minutes apply sunscreen.
