We've been gifted with an incredible body capable of bringing new life into the world, yet we often neglect its care. That's why I want to share with you 10 crucial points for maintaining your health and hygiene.


Do I personally follow them?


I never share anything with you that I have not tried on my own. The 10 points that I will be sharing with you I have been following all of them since I was a child.


The reason is I was diagnosed with UTI which is Urinary Track Infection at a very young age. I was having it frequently which was really problematic.


Since then, I have been religiously following everything that I am discussing with you over here. And it has been very important in my life. So I really wish to discuss this with you and make this a part of your life as well.



10 Female Hygiene Tips: Preity Prerna


Tip 1: Keeping your hands clean


You may think this is very common. COVID has made us all sanitize our hands frequently. But I am not talking about sanitisation over here.


For women especially those, who have to work in the kitchen, cook food, and look after kids and then practice self-care as well for skin and hair, your hands play a vital role in all this.


Clean hands are the first step in taking care of yourself.


Many ladies get a cut while working in the kitchen which is absolutely fine. That's a natural process but if you do not take care of your hands after that.

If you have longer nails like me then keep a separate toothbrush to clean your nails.


Clean does not mean applying nail paint. It means there is no accumulation of dirt on the sides or anything of that sort. Your nails should be absolutely clean.



Tip 2: Bathing


Did your mother-in-law say anything to you? Did you have any tension? Did your boss say anything? Did your parents scold you? Are you upset?


Just go and take a bath. And see the magic. Your aura will be cleaned.


And for the females, if you can take a bath twice a day then nothing better than that. You will feel rejuvenated and your body will thank you in return for keeping it so clean.


You will feel energised and you can be very very positive about yourself every single moment. Just try it out.



Tip 3: Clean skin and clean hair


You must have felt very confident on the days your hair and skin looks beautiful. It’s wonderful, right?


If you keep your skin and hair nourished according to seasonal conditions, then your skin will always be rejuvenated, and your hair will always be healthy.


A pimple here and there is absolutely normal, that’s not a big issue. But you will not have breakouts every other day and you will be really happy.

Tip 4: Sweating


To all the beautiful and lovely ladies out there, who sweat a lot, let me tell you one thing - you need not be embarrassed. It's a natural process. You have not done anything wrong.


It is the mechanism of the body that is respiring so fast. That's absolutely normal. The one who needs to be embarrassed is those who become uncomfortable by looking at you. So be very very confident It's absolutely normal.


Those who sweat a lot must take frequent showers. Once your body has respired and if you are out then wipe off the sweat and you will be normal.


But as soon as you reach home, the first thing you should do is take a shower. You do not have any other option.


For those who do not sweat a lot, it's very important for them to wipe off. Even if you are not taking a shower, you have to wipe off the sweat.


Your pores have not respired but they might be blocked. You should wipe off your skin properly, and use good scrubs which would be great for you.



Tip 5: Breast Size


There are many comments on my channel where girls have mentioned of not being comfortable about their breast size.


To all the wonderful ladies out there, let me point out very very clearly to you - You are beautiful, just the way you are.


I can give you 10 examples of ladies who are absolutely flat-chested and are bringing laurels to our country. There are many examples of women being heavy-chested and doing best in their fields. And here your figure and structure do not matter.


I am warning this to you from now itself. As far as now you are only approaching YouTubers, your family, and your friends. But as you grow older, this thing could go into addiction. You can go for reduction or all other sorts of stupid things so stop it right here.


Forget that this even matters as it does not matter at all. If you want to drape a saree and you want to look curvy, you can opt for push-up bras. Those who have heavy breasts can go for minimizers. There are so many options available. But if you are becoming addicted to having a permanent solution for it then please don't fall for it.


There is no end to this. You will always be greedy to get this or that done. Whatever structure you have, keep it healthy and clean.


Many girls have fungal infections below the breasts because of sweat. So please do take care of it. Keep that area hydrated and moisturized. If needed then do the oiling also. So these things should be in your mind and not the size of your body.



Tip 6: Using Tissue After Peeing


Till now you were urinating and getting yourself dressed up as soon as you finished. 2-3 drops on your clothes is very normal just because we have normalized it. Now it's not okay.


When I was very young, I was diagnosed with UTI (Urinary tract infection) and was cured in a short time.


But the diet that today's generation intake is very nonsense. They are having pizza, burgers and many more due to which the urine becomes more acidic. Hence UTI is becoming more serious. Especially those kids who are having UTI.


It must be followed by everyone. However, the ones having UTIs can suffer for a longer period if they do not follow this habit. And that is why make it a habit.


Whenever you are urinating, after you pass the urine, before dressing yourself. First, clean the area down there with a tissue and then dress. See, it is a very small step.


But I cannot mention the important role it plays in your hygiene. After you start following this, come over to tell us about how confident you feel about yourself. It is very important for your hygiene.



Tip 7: No soap in the intimate area


It's a normal condition to wash every body part with body wash including intimate areas. Because soap disbalances the pH level of your intimate area.


You will say that we use soap daily. These problems accumulate gradually and we tend to notice them suddenly.


So if we are careful about them then it is good for our health. We can use one of the many intimate washes available in the market.

It is very easy to use same as body wash and you feel good about it.


Tip 8: Cotton Undergarments


If you can wear cotton undergarments then it's a gift for your skin. However, I understand that you want to wear padded bras to look fancy. So wear whatever you want.


But after you reach home and take a bath, make sure that you wear cotton undergarments only. It's a gift that you are gifting to your skin, to your body and your body is going to be happy.


Many people have darkened intimate areas which are because of the reaction of nylon clothes with your skin. We come to know later Initially our body tends to adapt to it But gradually problems start popping up like chicken skin, and rashes.


So please make sure that you wear cotton undergarments only. And your clothes should be loose like these so that your skin can breathe's just a random example but try to wear



Tip 9: Hair removal in intimate areas


May it be underarms or underlegs, your skin is very delicate in that area. So you need to choose your option carefully to remove the hair in that area. There are plenty of options available like hair removal creams, razors, and other instruments.


So use it according to your convenience because nobody can guide you as everybody's body reaction is different. So try different options to know which is best suitable for your body would never suggest you use hair removal creams.


Because sooner or later your skin will get very darkened which is ultimately a problem. So do not use hair removal creams.


Waxing is something that can prevent your skin from getting dark. Your skin colour will be the same as your teen's if you get waxed. Waxing is very very perfect for the skin. However, it's very painful. Very very painful. But once you overcome the pain, then it becomes very very comfortable.


So you can decide for yourself which is suitable for you. Using a razor is very common among all girls So you can use a razor. But the hair growth is much thicker once you use the razor in that area. So everything has its pros and cons. Use them for yourself and decide which one is suitable for you.



Tip 10: Menstrual Measures


As soon as you start your menstrual cycle, this is the time you need to take good care of yourself. This is the time when your hygienic condition and hygienic quotient come into play. And you need to be very alert during this point of time.


Many girls in our country avoid social gatherings and go to school during periods. Many do not use sanitary pads.


It is a humble request to you all to educate all the girls around you. Tell them about the importance of using pads during periods.


Also, do not use a single pad for the entire day. Minimum 2 and if you can afford then change the pad three times a day.


It's very healthy and very hygienic for you.


If you are married then I would insist you read about menstrual cups and shift to them. I have been using a menstrual cup for four years.


The way we are during these periods has completely changed. There is no difference between my menstrual time and non-menstrual time.


And it has been a revolution. Menstrual cups have proved to be a very important technological advancement. We are changing with time. But the menstrual cup is something to which my body has reverted really well, in a very proper and healthy way.
